How do you know if a gelato or ice cream vendor is legit?
The answer is deceptively simple– and once you know how to look for it, you’ll see examples everywhere.
In order to maintain uniform temperature and consistency, your frozen treat must remain below the lip of its bin in the freezer.
So while this might look good:
These gelato-heapers actually have no idea what they’re doing.
Hold out for the good stuff– you won’t be sorry.
