Review: A Killer’s Confession – Last Chance

Well, for one thing, these guys rock.

The Cleveland, OH-based Rock group A Killer’s Confession are on somewhat of a hot streak. Fresh off the release of their new single “Last Chance”, released April 10 via Wake Up Music Rocks.

Take a listen to the song below!

The track showcases the band’s crushing musical output as well as frontman Waylon Reavis’s melodic range. They recorded an official quarantine music video for the track, but the real highlight is the gem is the song alone.

With early Youtube AMV shred, this song dials up the dated heavy rock and roll like no other track I have heard this year. The guitar work is terrific, with riffs that cruise up and down like a roller coaster in pitch. And, though the intro of the song may be a bit dramatic for some, this song goes through the run of hip hop snaps, heavy metal solos, and Waylon Reavis’s absolute unit of a voice.

If you’re looking for music that sounds refreshing while still containing a healthy dose of nostalgic System of Down This Beer rock, definitely give “Last Chance” a listen.
