Review: Eddy Yang – American GloryFeatureMusicReviews1 min read Eddy Yang likes to make american rock. He rolls with a light, whimpering voice, pretty guitar work, and break-beat drumming to balance out his one man style. “On Our Way (Into The Night)” kicks off American Glory with “yeah yeah” rockability and “feel alright” top-of-the-world feelings of fleeting love. “Burning Up The Streets” has a lot of slick guitar work, some of the best that the album has to offer in fact, but Yang’s voice is a tad too soaked in reverb and ambience to really even make out a lot of what he is screaming about. The drums are a little repetitive but the guitar goes well when Yang’s voice wants it to. Also, the solos here really spark up the song. Yang is an Asian American indie rock artist based in the Los Angeles area. For more on his music, click here.
