Hipster Superheroes or Old Vintage Portraits with Superheroes?

Milan-based art workshop Foto Marvellini curated a series of vintage portraits that were re-appropriated using superheroes masks. On the thread they added some Japanese icons too. Some of them blend together really well and look rather eerie, but some are just hilarious and ironic, which is the most used adjective in any kind of hipster art. You can see more mashups here.
